An Oyster “Symposium” featuring education Farming, Growing Techniques, Merroir, Flavor Profiles, and the work conducted by the East & Pacific Coast Shellfish Grower's Association.
Light hors d'oeuvres and passed oysters plus beer/wine included with event.
**A portion of the proceeds will benefit the NC Shellfish Grower's Association.
Monday Night Oyster Session

Join us the 1st Monday of each month for our Monday Night Oyster Sessions. For just $50/person you can sit right at the Oyster Bar and try oysters prepared a variety of ways (preparation will depend on the theme!) and small bites, enjoy thoughtfully paired beverages, learn all about oysters, and make new friends.
Seating is extremely limited. RSVP required – book through Yelp Reservations or by calling the restaurant.
