Catfish Rueben

You can enjoy this dish at lunch or dinner… and my my is it a crowd favorite. Our customers love it, our staff loves it… it’s our Catfish Reuben! Our catfish is farm raised by Carolina Classics in Ayden, NC.  The catfish are raised in earthen ponds, and these fish are fed a strict natural diet with no pesticides or synthetic chemicals. It’s a super clean tasting fish – and especially delicious when served up as a reuben!

It’s just the right texture of crunchy, buttery bread with a bit of a messy, delicious inside with blackened catfish, gruyere, slaw, remoulade and served up on rye. See you in soon!
